Returns & Refunds (Custom Shirts)
- You must contact Whitealphamaleapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return or refund.
- You’ll need to provide:
- Order number
- Photos if there’s a defect or issue
- Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Not stained, damaged, or altered
- Return shipping is paid by you (We don’t cover return shipping costs).
- If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method.
Important Rule for Custom Shirts
Because we print items on demand:
- You cannot return or get a refund just because you don’t like the design or changed your mind.
- If the shirt was printed correctly accordingly, it is not eligible for return/refund.
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER
Items That Are NOT Eligible for Return/Refund
- Correctly printed custom items you no longer want
- Items returned after 7 days
- Worn or damaged items
- Certain hygiene-related items (not usually relevant to shirts)
Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once a custom shirt has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled because it is made specifically for your order.
